Shipping Policy:

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will get a notification when your order ships. Standard shipping is a flat rate of 8 dollars within the United States. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, carrier delays are outside of Turks’ control. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact Turks as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact Turks promptly so we can help. Returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
